   Maybe this help you:
   dselect(document.querySelector('#inputMunicipio'), {search: false})
   $("#inputMunicipio").val('Todos').change();
   dselect(document.querySelector('#inputMunicipio'), {search: true})

   Excellent. I really needed this solution. I like Dselect in bootstrap 5. Much better than Select2
