I'm Jaron Polo, a hobbyist C programmer. I primarily focus on emulation development and reverse engineering. Believe it or not, I'm currently working on three emulators!
When I'm not programming, I like going on walks, gardening, and talking to my cat. (she's getting quite good at Itanium assembly...)
- Epic! - my proudest project. A full-system Itanium emulator, optionally a microarchitectural simulator. Targets the HP i2000 workstation, the HP zx2000 workstation, and the HP rx2660 Integrity server - all running real firmware, with full chipset emulation. More models to come!
- DisARM - my Tegra 2 ARMv7 (ARM32) emulator.
- Uncooperative - my Tandy 2000 emulator.
- Itanium MSR Research – An ongoing effort to reverse-engineer Itanium Model-Specific Registers.
- Itanic - a CPU-Z-like program made specifically for Itanium NT.
Feel free to check out some of my work, and reach out via email with any queries!
