Fixes the Apple/iTunes TV season (tvsn) and episode (tves) metadata tags.

These fields are 32-bit integers, but TVFileMetadata currently writes them as a single byte. This causes some metadata readers to interpret the values incorrectly.

Currently this is written:

  • TV Season: 16777216
  • TV Episode: 184549376

instead of:

  • TV Season: 1
  • TV Episode: 11

This change writes both values as UInt32 using ByteVector.FromUInt() and removes the unnecessary byte-range restriction.

Tested with MP4 TV episodes.
