Allow cache to be imported and exported from other accessible locations on filesystem

Hi Jorge,

I was thinking that since the cachebrowser is essentially acting as a service, separate from a pipeline execution it'd be nice to be able to load cache from different locations accessible for a user.

What do you think?

not sure to follow you

To browse an specific location you can provide the -d parameter, specifying a directory with nextflow executions (basically it contains a .nextflow folder)

a different thing (and interesting) is to import/export caches
