Helpu Finance does not accept sponsorships from organizations, individuals, products, or services associated with activities that we consider harmful, deceptive, exploitative, unlawful, or incompatible with the standards of the project.
Restricted categories include, but are not limited to:

- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive business practices
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or misleading multi-level marketing programs
- Predatory lending or exploitative financial products
- Deceptive or unlicensed investment, trading, cryptocurrency, or financial schemes
- Gambling, casinos, betting, or wagering services
- Illegal products, services, marketplaces, or activities
- Malware, spyware, credential theft, hacking-for-hire, or malicious technology
- Illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, or products primarily associated with serious harm
- Hate groups, extremist organizations, harassment, discrimination, or promotion of violence
- Businesses making materially deceptive financial, investment, health, or earnings claims
- Organizations whose conduct, reputation, ownership, products, services, or activities could reasonably create legal, ethical, security, or reputational concerns for Helpu Finance or its users

Helpu Finance may reject a sponsorship even when a sponsor does not fall within one of the categories listed above.
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted names, trademarks, logos, descriptions, links, and other materials are accurate, lawful, and authorized for publication.
Helpu Finance reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove sponsor materials that are misleading, inappropriate, incompatible with our design standards, or inconsistent with this policy.
Helpu Finance retains control over the presentation, placement, size, wording, and timing of all sponsor recognition.
Acceptance of a sponsor does not guarantee permanent approval.
We may review an active sponsor at any time. If a sponsor's activities, ownership, reputation, products, services, or conduct change in a way that conflicts with this policy, Helpu Finance may terminate the sponsorship and remove related recognition from its website, GitHub repositories, social channels, and other properties.
