Updates one Stardate entry, Deep dream, day one, now that the run has finished.

• Status is now finished and the time is 20:03. The entry moves to the top of the log and the home page's latest three.
• Final numbers: 3,618 of 117,506 live memories retired (3.1%), all reversible. The near-duplicate wave: 9,297 pairs judged, 3,227 retired, 228 contradictions logged and not merged, and 109 held by the chain rule.
• Final checks: 300 recall samples returned no retired copy, and every kept copy is still live. Of the 19,284 near-duplicate candidates, 3,227 changed only in their marker and labels.
• Cost: 9,584 JEV calls for $0.281.
• New open question: should lanes share one short-lived proof of permission instead of each asking the hub?

The other Stardate pages changed only in their older and newer links. RELEASE-INVENTORY.json is re-sealed from a clean git archive of the branch.
