Rebuilds the public site around the running system and adds the Stardate lab log.

What visitors get

• The ship's map (home, #system): eleven cubes (the memory core, JEV, its five lanes, deep dream, the judge kit and the fleet). Each cube opens a card with what it does, why it exists and one readout. A guided tour walks through how the parts work together, and an assimilation counter tracks the cards opened. Every card and step is also plain HTML that works without JavaScript.
• The collective in two minutes (#how): plain-language explanation, with a scope note separating our running collective from what you install.
• The Stardate log (/assets/stardate/): eight entries, one per experiment. Each has what we did, what we learned, open questions and a lab book log.
  • Sources are Markdown in site/stardate/entries/.
  • node site/stardate/publish.mjs renders them.
  • node site/verify-stardate.mjs checks format, freshness, links and a privacy floor.
• Build your own keeps every existing section, function and id. The old four-layer section's id moves from #system to #layers; nothing linked to it.

Checks

• The unchanged Pages workflow steps pass: node --check ×4, verify-links (341 links), the planner tests (10/10), and both blueprint inspect runs.
• Browser suite: Chromium 47/47; WebKit 50/50, plus an iPhone touch test.
• axe: 0 violations on the new pages at 320, 768, 1280 and 1920 px.
• The one pre-existing fleet-explorer contrast check (4.44:1) fails identically on 57ae994 and is untouched here.
• The release guard passes on a clean archive (inventory resealed), and its 22 unit tests pass.
• An independent review of privacy, truth, public safety and format returned ACCEPT_WITH_FIXES. All four blocking wording fixes and the suggested public-safety wording are applied. Two privacy scans of every added line are clean.

Rollback: revert the merge commit. Nothing outside site/ and RELEASE-INVENTORY.json changes.
