Prepare the Flutter documentation for v10 as the recommended SDK version. Setup now covers the higher platform minimums and Swift Package Manager requirement, examples use the v10 callbacks and defaults, and tracing explains standalone app-start behavior. The changes also cover logs, metrics, integration data, Replay masking and manual recording controls, release health, and profiling removal. Shared Dart content is updated where Flutter inherits it.
This is the release-wide documentation companion to #19390. This should be merged as soon as v10 is released.
