Describe the bug

Hi, I am launching the application from the shortcut on the Start menu, but it doesn't launch on the first try. I have to select it four or five times before it finally launches.

System configuration:
CPU | Intel Core i5-12600K 10 Core
GPU | XFX Radeon RX 6700 XT MERC 319 12GB
Motherboard | ASUS PRIME B660M-A D4
RAM | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2×16GB) DDR4-3200
NVMe SSD | Samsung 970 EVO

Expected behavior

Should launch immediately after clicking on the icon

I'm using the latest stable release. I also had the same issue with the previous one.

Thanks @Artaherzadeh. OpenScreen runs as a single instance, so a click that does nothing usually means an earlier OpenScreen process is still alive. Next time it fails to open, could you check Task Manager for an OpenScreen process before clicking again? Once it does open, please attach a file from tray → Save Diagnostics.

Fortunately, since the release of the new version, the issue has been fixed. I had to record some videos yesterday and opened the application seven or eight times, and every time it opened immediately.
