Publish the actual plugins.list result schema and link plugins.simulate/verify inputs to the registry name it supplies. The list can be called without arguments; its installation timestamp remains nullable. These are discovery hints and preserve authorization and registration behavior.
Greenhouse decision 0324/evidence 0640 distinguishes registry names from local source directories by execution. Fresh cattle pass 17 controls, including both producer schemas, all 10 expected edges, MCP catalogue preservation, unregistered source consumers, authored new names and counterexamples for missing/false relations.
Validation: 415 tests / 1229 assertions; 94.25% coverage (floor 94). PHPStan, style, DocBlocks, attribution and Composer pass.
