Senior full stack engineer and technical lead in Vancouver, BC. Eighteen years of building things other people end up depending on, mostly in TypeScript, React and Node, more recently in NestJS and on Kubernetes.

eCNH, Brazil's digital driver's licence. I built the mobile app on my own at VALID and it ended up in the hands of more than 40 million people. It carried a QR security element so a licence could be verified with no network, plus a companion app that let police check one at the roadside.
Since moving to Canada, at Flight Centre (WhereTo), I took over the Invoices feature with nothing built on the server side and wrote the whole backend over about twelve months. It reached 87% adoption across active enterprise clients and cut invoice support tickets by 87%. I am also the architect and, for a while, the only maintainer of the Instance Manager, the internal system that onboards every new enterprise client, where a failure means no new clients get set up at all.
The thing I am proudest of there is less tidy. The company had a monitoring tool installed that nobody opened: no dashboards, no visibility into production, no habit around it. I built the first dashboards for the systems I owned and then spent a long time arguing for it until other teams picked it up on their own. Getting experienced engineers to change how they work took considerably longer than any of the engineering did, and I would not have guessed that going in.
Getting LLM agents into production rather than into demos. I was the first on my team to work in Claude Code and drove the adoption across it, and outside of work I designed and shipped a production multi agent system for Mandato: agent hand off, tool design, human review on anything with real consequences, and evaluation and guardrails for agents touching client data. Evaluation is the part I had badly underrated when I started.
Most of what I have shipped in the last decade belongs to an employer or is still private, so this is a small slice.
