feat(share): stamp review on agent-produced docs - #132

Conversation
New hosted shares get a review label when the CLI infers an agent review (--silent, directory adoption, or GROK_AGENT/CLAUDECODE/ CURSOR_AGENT) or when frontmatter has status: review. The tag is merged with the git project name and type label (plan, rfc, report, …). --no-labels still clears the set.

New hosted shares now get a
reviewlabel when the CLI infers the markdown is for human review, merged with the existing project and type labels (for examplegander-cli,review,plan).Review is stamped when any of these is true on a new share:
gander share --silent/gander watch --silentgander watch <dir>)GROK_AGENT,CLAUDECODE,CLAUDE_CODE,CURSOR_AGENT)status: review--no-labelsstill clears the set. Refreshing an existing share does not rewrite labels. Agents no longer need--label review.Testing
