Draft PRs retain deploy previews; Ready PRs run the repository static check and use the shared merge policy. Production retains its scoped check and existing build. CodeRabbit gates a selected review through review-ready.
The callers pin the reviewed shared workflow revision on main. Existing framework, dependency versions, routing, and package-release workflows are preserved.
Validation: shared workflow tests and independent rollout review passed. Full repository validation runs when this PR is marked Ready.
