Releases the CLI to the fulldev npm package the same way fulldotdev/ui does: Changesets opens a release pull request on main, and merging it publishes from GitHub Actions with npm trusted publishing (OIDC) and provenance, without an npm token.

  • The release workflow uses the Release App token, so release pull requests run the organization Check.
  • dist/ stays committed for npx github:fulldotdev/cli; pnpm check fails when it is out of date.
  • The README and the skill now install from npm.

The first merge publishes 0.1.0, the version already in package.json.

Needs before the first release: the fulldev package's trusted publisher set to this repository and release.yml, and the Release App's client id and key available to this repository.

Releases run from GitHub Actions with an OIDC token, so no npm token is
stored, and npm records provenance. The README and the skill install from
npm now; dist stays committed for GitHub installs, and check fails when it
is out of date.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The package now has Changesets configuration, release scripts, and package publishing metadata. A GitHub Actions workflow runs the release commands when changes are pushed to main. The README and skill instructions now use the published fulldev package and document its release process.

The README intro still says to run from GitHub while the commands now use npm. This is a minor wording fix and does not block merge.
