AI in Metascience: publish the provisional programme

Adds the programme to /ai-metascience/, replacing the "full programme will be available here in early September" placeholder.

Intended to merge on 2 September, which is the date the registration announcement gave. Holding it until then leaves room to absorb any further withdrawals.

What is on the page

Day, half-day, session, talk title, speaker. 32 accepted submissions plus the two invited talks, in running order. Clicking a talk opens its abstract in a modal.

What is deliberately not on it

No clock times. Presenter availability was never collected, so every slot is inferred from a submitted time zone and is still being confirmed. One reply moves everything after it in its session. Day plus morning or afternoon is what a reader in another time zone needs in order to decide whether to register. Times land on 10 September, as the page says.

How the block is maintained

Everything between <!-- PROGRAMME:START --> and <!-- PROGRAMME:END --> is generated by build/public_programme.py in the (private) submission-review repo, from the same records the committee decided on. It refuses to build unless every accepted submission appears exactly once, so the page cannot drift from the decisions. Rerunning it on 10 September replaces the block in place.

Everything outside the markers — the CSS and the section intro — is hand-written and safe to edit here.

Notes

• One accepted talk (Boero, Declarative, Neurosymbolic Systematic Reviews) was withdrawn after the decisions went out and is left off.
• The layout went through a design pass: session headings outweigh talk titles, the day/half-day/session rhythm is separated, each row carries a chevron saying it opens something, rows meet the 44px touch target, and a long abstract scrolls inside the dialog rather than running off a phone screen. The 375px rendering has not been eyeballed — worth a look in the staging render.
