Combines three Dependabot updates into one branch so they are tested together.

Dependabot proposed TypeScript 7.0.2 in #4. The toolchain does not support 7 yet, so this branch uses the latest 6.x (6.0.3) in every workspace package instead.
.github/dependabot.ymlnow ignorestypescript >= 7, so it will not be proposed again until the rule is removed.apps/bot/package.jsonconflicted between #7 and #4 on adjacent lines. Both bumps are kept, andpnpm-lock.yamlwas regenerated.Tested locally
