18+ years building software as a Tech Lead and Architect, the last 5 in the international market, and 3 years working on hiring and technical interviews for tech companies. I work with Java, Spring and Cloud on FinTech and distributed systems, and these days I spend a lot of time on how to ship AI-built software that holds up in production.
I speak at conferences and community events and mentor developers on career growth, seniority and the international market.
