confidential property of ING Mining LLC and Nick Squires (the "Owner").

1. No license is granted. The Software is made available for reference only.

3. Freeware binaries. Any compiled binaries or installers that the Owner
   distributes at no charge may be used by end users under the terms supplied
   with that distribution. This does not transfer any right in the source code.

4. Third-party components. Packages, libraries, and other third-party materials
   included with the Software remain the property of their respective owners and
   are used under their own licenses.

   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF

   EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
