Allow tags to be hidden manually #136

Some tags are noise. The tag filter shows 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0 version tags, and some items carry them. These are not released RimWorld versions. The tags are also not sorted.

Add a manual way for an admin to hide a tag from the filter and from the item cards. Also find where these tags come from, and sort the version tags.
