net.sf.ucanaccess:ucanaccess is unmaintained; development continues at io.github.spannm/ucanaccess, an actively released fork on Maven Central built on an equally actively maintained Jackcess fork. Neither library is used directly in Java code here, only via the JDBC driver (jdbc:ucanaccess:...), so this is a pure coordinate swap. This commit drops the separate jackcess dependency pin: It was only needed to force a newer version against the old, unmaintained ucanaccess, and the fork already depends on a current, matching jackcess transitively.
