ACP's elicitation (elicitation/create, stable since 2026-07-22) lets the agent ask the person for input: form mode is a flat JSON Schema of fields and choices; URL mode sends the person to a page (for example to sign in). Draw form mode as a form in the conversation; open URL mode's page, possibly as a hypermedia link the client follows.
