Victor Sowers

For fifteen years I've built the go-to-market engine at B2B SaaS companies (two exits, 3x VP of Revenue Operations), and these days I write the code too.

At CB Insights we grew revenue 60x and hit target 14 quarters straight, and BurnAlong grew 800% through its acquisition by Tivity Health.

What I build, in go-to-market and well outside it

I run growth at Pixee, an AI cybersecurity company, where a three-person team ships the output of ten to fifteen and 11 production AI agents do daily work. Alongside that I build an agentic harness for Claude Code that runs go-to-market as one operating system, with specialist agents that keep their memory between runs.

What I'm obsessed with now is how a whole team uses a harness like this every day. The harness code itself is private. Two pieces of it are public, the content gates in anti-slop and a decision-routing skill in framework-field-guide, and a harness-patterns repo generalized from the private build is coming.

Most of what I build has nothing to do with go-to-market. I make things that don't exist yet and write up how I built them, like a guide to living that six AI agents drafted across seventeen sessions while a moderator facilitated and never authored any of it.

What's public, and what each repo does

Repo What it is
anti-slop A field guide plus drop-in rules files and installable skills that keep AI-assisted writing from reading like a machine wrote it, the public half of my harness's content gates. MIT code, CC BY 4.0 content.
framework-field-guide An agent-callable catalog of about 43 corporate operating frameworks (RACI, OKRs, Wardley Mapping, JTBD and more), plus a Claude Code skill that routes a decision to the right one and flags when two conflict. Every claim is labeled with where its evidence comes from (MIT / CC BY).
sacred-guide-public The transcripts, agent memory, and decisions behind the six-agent guide to living, which is free to read at sacredguide.org.
handbook-for-living The first run of that experiment, six chapters that each follow one ordinary day with six voices woven in.
survival-essentials Offline survival knowledge in two layers, 11 plain-language guides for people and 60 structured entries across 16 domains for an offline AI. Safety-critical claims are checked against CDC, USDA, Red Cross, and poison control (CC0).
diy-photobook A local, zero-cloud toolkit that does the print math for a photo book (bleed, gutter-safe zones, spine width, DPI, full-wrap cover). Source-available, noncommercial (PolyForm Noncommercial).
harness-patterns Coming, with the general patterns from my private harness.
