Restore missing local snapshot pins when their trees remain available, prune mutation events that reference absent snapshot trees, and fail closed when the worktree cursor is unrecoverable. Document the heuristic and recovery workflow for sequential re-clones that inherit durable Agent Trace state while losing their Git objects. Specify non-cursor pruning, cursor recovery, read-only doctor reporting, invariants, constraints, and staged implementation tasks. Keep mutation reconciliation fail-closed when the cursor tree is absent, and guide operators to run one agent tool before rerunning `sce doctor --fix`; cover the guidance with focused assertions and keep the doctor renderer clippy-clean. Rename internal checkout-identity failure variants and status keys to worktree identity, and update runtime and durable context to describe topology-derived worktree IDs without implying per-clone identity.
