Getting started

Prerequisites

• Node.js 22+
• pnpm

Setup

pnpm install

Create a .env file in the project root with the required keys (Supabase URL/key, and any service keys used by the API routes you plan to run). These values are not committed to the repository.

The analytics API routes require a Supabase service-role key, read from SUPABASE_SECRET_KEY, SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY, or SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_SECRET. The admin dashboard is limited to the emails in src/lib/admin.ts; override them server-side with a comma-separated ANALYTICS_ADMIN_EMAILS env var. Apply the schema in supabase/migrations/20261009000000_site_analytics.sql before tracking will work.

Development

pnpm dev

This starts the Vite dev server and the local Express API server concurrently.

Deployment

The site is deployed on Vercel, with the API routes under api/ served as serverless functions. The assets API is served by Cloudflare Workers.
