[Update] Implement SPARQL 1.1 Update execution engine (INSERT, DELETE, LOAD, CLEAR) #567

Summary

Implement the SPARQL 1.1 Update execution engine in corese-core, supporting Graph Update operations and Graph Management commands over StorageManager / RepositoryConnection.

Objectives and Technical Scope

1. Graph Update Operations

• INSERT DATA { ... } and DELETE DATA { ... } for direct quad mutations.
• DELETE { ... } INSERT { ... } WHERE { ... } evaluating the WHERE pattern over StorageManager before applying deletion and insertion quad templates.
• DELETE WHERE { ... } shorthand evaluation.

2. Graph Management Commands

• LOAD <uri> [ INTO GRAPH <uri> ] using CoreseIO parsers.
• CLEAR [ SILENT ] ( GRAPH <uri> | DEFAULT | NAMED | ALL ).
• CREATE [ SILENT ] GRAPH <uri> and DROP [ SILENT ] GRAPH <uri>.
• COPY, MOVE, ADD operations across default and named graphs.

3. Storage Integration and Transactional Guarantees

• Ensure atomic transaction commit and rollback on failure via RepositoryConnection.
• Enforce correct blank node scoping per update operation.
• Validate against official W3C SPARQL 1.1 Update test suites (update-silent, basic-update, syntax-update) in corese-w3c.
