Make the errors as alert message in signup page

Describe the bug

Currently the sign up page for teachers and students shows error as a bold change it to alert messages

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Alert message should display if the error occurs
2. It must be auto dismissable
3. Remove all these (hints) displayed under every field of the signup form

Expected Behavior
