Brings the README in line with the sibling analyzers: centered logo (copied from codeanalyzer-python to
docs/assets/logo.png),codeanalyzer-iac (caniac)title with a one-line tagline, PyPI / GitHub release / release-workflow / license badges for this repo, an intro paragraph linking CLDK and the sibling analyzers, a generated table of contents over the existing sections, and a closing License section. Body sections are unchanged.
