[Improvement] Support Unicode paths for destination folders in localized GUI #193

Problem: The application provides a Chinese localized interface, but it fails to write recovered files when the destination path contains non-ASCII characters (e.g., Chinese characters). This creates a inconsistent user experience where the UI is localized but the backend logic is not Unicode-aware.

Observation: Selecting a destination folder with a Chinese name (e.g., D:\恢复) results in an error to write.
