Checked this against the head. Nothing in the repo references ecosystem-grants (git grep over the whole tree, docs.json included), and none of the other celo-org checkouts embed it either. The last embed went out in #2301. "Celo Builder Fund" appears nowhere else, and fund-your-project already lists only Prezenti, Verda Ventures and the newsletter, so retiring the image satisfies #2306 without touching the page. No redirects needed for a static asset; the public URL will 404 after merge, which is fine for a diagram of a sunset programme. CI is green. LGTM.
