docs/EVENTS.md device.deleted initiator list leaves out cleanup-reaper #481
src/core/cleanup-executor.ts:44 destroys a device with initiator cleanup-reaper. The device.deleted row in docs/EVENTS.md and docs/internal/EVENTS.md does not list it. Found while fixing #451 (PR #479).
