Add native React Skills example and enforce read-only skill mount

Adds the native React Skills example beside Angular on the canonical Skills guide. The chat now shows the observed skill index separately from read requests and successfully inspected literal tool results, with confirmed checkpoint restoration and guarded conversation lifecycle controls.

Both frontends use the existing da-skills graph. Its shared skill mount now enforces read-only access, while thread-local notes remain writable. The Code view includes the enforcement module and bundled instructions/reference files. Documentation distinguishes root metadata, optional load errors, custom events, and Angular's requested-path markers. The sample runway calculation is corrected to 10,055.04 ft.

Validation:

• Seven actual compiled-graph Python tests and eleven installed SDK/fixture tests.
• 97 native React, 100 registry, 64 website, 96 wiring, and 32 matrix tests.
• Nine native browser cases and seven canonical website browser cases, including desktop/mobile, inert controls, follow-up, restoration, cancellation, and failed evidence.
• Installed native consumer build, source boundary and parity inventory checks, and lint passed; lint retains 14 test-fixture warnings.

Live deployed verification follows the normal merge. Local fixtures use the actual compiled graph with a deterministic model and blocked network; they do not establish live provider behavior.
