feat(website): list each post's picture in the blog RSS feed - #1296

Posts get an optional `image` frontmatter field, defaulting to the first Markdown image or <img> in the post. The feed, now built in src/lib/blog-rss.ts with a spec, lists it as Media RSS (`<media:content medium="image">`), so readers and syncs such as liveloveapp.com's "Writing and talks" have a picture of the work instead of the title-card og:image. Why
threadplane.ai's OG images are title cards, so anything that shows a post's image beside its title (liveloveapp.com's "Writing and talks" section) prints the title twice. The feed now lists a picture of the work instead.
What changed
src/lib/blog-rss.ts(buildBlogRss), out of the route, with a spec. Its existing output is unchanged.postImage(post): frontmatterimage(new, optional, onPostFrontmatter), else the post's first Markdown image or<img>, whichever comes first.<media:content url="…" medium="image" type="…" />, with the URL made absolute andxmlns:mediaon<rss>.
