The homepage now follows one recorded backup-retention workflow through tools and citations, a streaming research subagent, saved threads and branches, human approval, and generated UI. The five-beat act has a larger demo, a concise checklist with documentation links, updated desktop/mobile stills, and the hero's shared install dialog.
Scrolling scrubs a compacted presentation timeline, with the previous rendered frame retained during reverse reconstruction. Once scrolling and replay presentation settle, visitors can inspect State, expand cards, scroll inside the chat, and edit generated fields; commands that would change the recorded run open the live demo. Tools & citations and Subagents checklist links land before their recorded reveal events; Docs destinations remain unchanged.
Validation: 69 Angular stage unit tests, 180 focused website tests, 28 Python policy/backup tests, both production builds, scoped lint, and live-frame browser checks for lead-in navigation, idle interaction, state inspection, generated fields, rewind, approval handoff, mobile/no-JS fallbacks, and shared install dialog. Builds retain existing bundle/CommonJS warnings. Live-frame website checks use STAGE_LIVE_FRAME=true against the matching demo build; ordinary CI can run without depending on a not-yet-deployed recording.
Includes the unedited live recording, ten captured stills, and the current approved design spec. Deploy the website and canonical demo through the normal main-branch CI pipeline; no package release is needed.
