`dl` and `aid` accept a GitHub branch link as a spec (#644). `https://github.com/owner/repo/tree/<branch>` opens `owner/repo@<branch>`, the same workspace with the same id, where it used to reach devpod as a clone URL that GitHub refused. A new accepted spelling is a feature, so this is a minor bump. All four copies of the version move together: Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, and the README's conda badge and `dl --version` transcript.
