Add “Copy folder path” to sidebar folder menus

Description

Adds “Copy folder path” to sidebar folder menus, including right-click and three-dot menus. Copies the folder’s absolute path and shows the existing copy-path shortcut.

Closes #303

Manual Testing Details:
Not run: GUI computer use is unavailable. pnpm build:desktop passes. React Compiler audits pass for changed UI and desktop components, but the full audit command later fails on missing unrelated @hubble.md/convex-client and @hubble.md/sync build artifacts.
