rates: sync every primary pricing source (2026-10-18) - #394

`mise run rates:sync`, run in Linux with the keys from .env, after #393 taught the Anthropic reader the `$x USD / MTok` fast mode cells. - Snapshots refreshed: Anthropic, DeepSeek, Fireworks, Groq, Together, xAI, OpenRouter models and four OpenRouter endpoint lists. - `classify`: no vendor rate changed. The generated table moves only on OpenRouter endpoint cards (hosts added, dropped or repriced), which re-hashes RATE_VERSION to 2026-10-18.330094f703f511d4. 0 of 109 pricing vectors changed. - `anthropic_fast_mode_cells_may_name_usd` now reads the committed snapshot, which carries the USD table, and checks it against the plain spelling, instead of rewriting a plain table that is no longer there.
