docs(services-hub): update provider links and remove inactive entries

• Fix Api3 URL from https://www.api3.org/ to canonical https://api3.org/
• Fix Aetheryc URL from non-resolving base.aetheryc.com subdomain to https://aetheryc.com

What changed? Why?

Cleaned up inactive providers, dead links, brand updates, and domain misconfigurations on the Base Services Hub directory:

• Zapper: Removed entry as the service/protocol is winding down.
• Security.xyz: Removed entry due to dead/unresponsive servers (security.xyz and base.security.xyz timing out).
• Tunnl -> Mimix: Updated provider name and link to Mimix (https://app.mimix.xyz/) following their product rebranding and migration, and moved the entry to maintain alphabetical ordering.
• Api3: Corrected URL from https://www.api3.org/ (non-functional www subdomain) to canonical https://api3.org/.
• Aetheryc: Fixed domain resolution issue (NXDOMAIN on base.aetheryc.com) by updating both provider link and instructions to https://aetheryc.com.

Notes to reviewers

• All table entries remain alphabetically sorted following the addition of Mimix under the M section and the removal of Zapper and Security.xyz.
• The top-pinned position of Coinbase Developer Platform is preserved.

How has it been tested?

• Validated DNS resolution and HTTP/HTTPS reachability for all updated URLs (https://api3.org/, https://aetheryc.com, https://app.mimix.xyz/).
• Confirmed timeouts and DNS failures on removed/broken endpoints (security.xyz, base.aetheryc.com, www.api3.org).
• Verified markdown table formatting and link syntax integrity.
