template(zig): propose Zig 0.17 and 0.16 image variants - #239

The zig image now publishes 0.17 and 0.16 release variants and no longer builds 0.15, so the imageVariant proposals follow, with 0.17-trixie as the default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
