Use the verified publishing action with a fresh per-repository GDAM_API_KEY backed by Clerk. Remove the legacy CLI installation and secret-key input while preserving existing package checks and release retry behavior. The replacement key already passed an idempotent retry against this repository’s production catalog release without changing it. Validation: pinned actionlint and exact-head product CI before merge.
