Expose frozen dependency installation, static build and every existing output assertion through the standard Make commands and a caller-owned static-website profile. CI uses those commands and validates the declaration with immutable tools v0.13.0.
This caller has no existing source lint/type-check gate, so the profile explicitly records that capability as unsupported. Existing output checks, capture steps and deployment configuration are preserved. Bun is pinned to 1.4.1; the browser-check caller also pins Node to 24.18.1.
Validation: local
make -j4 checkpassed, including all caller-specific assertions; profile validation, actionlint and diff checks passed. Full hosted CI and preview checks must pass before merge, followed by exact merged-main CI and deployment verification.Need help on this PR? Tag
