AI Sessionizer apt repository: add 0.5.0

Adds Apache SkyWalking AI Sessionizer 0.5.0 to the apt repository at https://skywalking.apache.org/apt.

• Packages for amd64 and arm64 list asz and asz-changes 0.5.0, beside asz and asz-claude-code 0.4.0. 0.5.0 renamed the recorder's package from asz-claude-code to asz-changes.
• sudo apt install asz asz-changes installs 0.5.0 by default.
• .htaccess sends 0.5.0 through the mirrors, with closer.lua. It now sends 0.4.0 to archive.apache.org, which keeps every version.
• Release is signed, as InRelease and Release.gpg, with key D360AB2AB20B28403270E2CBE8608938DB25E06B (Sheng Wu), which is in https://downloads.apache.org/skywalking/KEYS.

The four .deb files came from downloads.apache.org. Each matched its voted .sha512, and each .asc was a good signature by a key in KEYS.

Apache httpd 2.4 served static/apt with its .htaccess, as the website does. apt then installed through the redirects:

• Debian stable and Ubuntu 24.04 on arm64, and Debian stable on amd64: apt install asz asz-changes installed 0.5.0, and both binaries print 0.5.0.
• In the same containers, apt install asz=0.4.0 asz-claude-code=0.4.0 installed 0.4.0 from the archive.
• The httpd log shows a 302 for every package requested.
