The downloads page and the documentation of 0.5.0, and the release post. data/projects.yml carries the source package and the six binary archives of 0.5.0, linked through the mirror selector, with their signatures and checksums on downloads.apache.org. The documentation of the tag becomes Latest. 0.4.0 is no longer the latest: it keeps its documentation, and its files are linked from archive.apache.org.
