Add Holistics to the ecosystem vendor grid - #37

Holistics is a BI platform whose semantic layer is written as code in AML, covering datasets, models, dimensions, measures and relationships. The entry links the bidirectional converter between a Holistics AML dataset and an Ossie semantic model, merged as apache/ossie#538 and living at converters/holistics. The logo is the official mark from docs.holistics.io, an SVG carrying both the icon and the wordmark.

Adds Holistics to the ecosystem grid, between Hex and Honeydew.
Holistics is a BI platform whose semantic layer is written as code in AML: datasets, models, dimensions, measures and relationships, with expressions in either SQL or AQL.
The entry links the bidirectional converter between a Holistics AML dataset and an Ossie semantic model. It merged this morning as apache/ossie#538 and now lives at
converters/holistics, so the feature links the tree the way every other vendor entry does.The logo is the official mark from docs.holistics.io, an SVG carrying both the icon and the wordmark.
