Summary

Bumps the bundled Camel version from 4.22.0 to 4.22.1.

  • camel-version (and the project's own version) bumped to 4.22.1.
  • Synced every third-party property that Camel's own camel-parent POM bumped in lockstep: Netty, Spring (core, boot, security, batch, data-redis, rabbitmq, ldap, cloud-config, ai), Micrometer (+tracing), ActiveMQ6, Vert.x, Reactor and Hawtio.
  • camel-features.xml / spring-features.xml parameterize on ${camel-version}/${spring-version} already, so no literal edits were needed there for the version bump itself.
  • Two feature descriptor fixes were needed, since patch-level Camel releases can still shift transitive OSGi requirements:
    • camel-openai: Camel 4.22.1 backported AI-tool support into the openai component (new AiToolSpecToOpenAI/OpenAIRouteToolSupport classes), which now imports org.apache.camel.component.ai.tool. Added the camel-ai-tool feature dependency, matching how the other AI-tool consumers already declare it.
    • camel-ldif: its auto-detected org.apache.directory.api:api-util now resolves to 2.1.8, which added a dependency on commons-text. Added the commons-text bundle to the feature.

Test plan

  • mvn clean install -DskipTests passes for the full reactor, including the features module's karaf-maven-plugin feature-resolution verification for every feature (this is what caught the two fixes above).

Bump camel-version (and the project's own version) from 4.22.0 to
4.22.1, and sync every third-party property that Camel's own
camel-parent POM bumped in lockstep: Netty, Spring (core, boot,
security, batch, data-redis, rabbitmq, ldap, cloud-config, ai),
Micrometer (+tracing), ActiveMQ6, Vert.x, Reactor and Hawtio.

camel-features.xml and spring-features.xml parameterize on
${camel-version}/${spring-version} already, so no literal edits were
needed there for the version bump itself. Two feature descriptors did
need fixing though, since patch-level Camel releases can still shift
transitive OSGi requirements:

- camel-openai: Camel 4.22.1 backported AI-tool support into the
  openai component (new AiToolSpecToOpenAI/OpenAIRouteToolSupport
  classes), which now imports org.apache.camel.component.ai.tool.
Add the camel-ai-tool feature dependency, matching how the other
  AI-tool consumers already declare it.
- camel-ldif: its auto-detected org.apache.directory.api:api-util now
resolves to 2.1.8, which added a dependency on commons-text. Add the
  commons-text bundle to the feature.
