ExamDynamicsAPI is a scalable, secure, and modular ASP.NET Core Web API designed to manage examination systems such as exams, subjects, questions, students, teachers, results, and authentication. The project follows clean architecture principles and is suitable for academic projects, final-year submissions, and real-world learning.
The purpose of ExamDynamicsAPI is to provide a backend system that supports:

- Student registration and participation
- Secure authentication using JWT
- Result calculation and reporting
This API can be integrated with Angular, React, or any frontend framework.

The API uses JWT Authentication to secure endpoints.

Update the appsettings.json file:
- Database connection string
- JWT Secret Key
- Token expiration settings

Run the following commands:
Add-Migration InitialCreate Update-Database
This will create the database schema automatically.
- Open the solution in Visual Studio
- Set ExamDynamics.API as startup project
- Press Run (F5)
- Swagger UI will open at:
https://localhost:/swagger
