Every topic PR (asa, attribution) touches the same three shared files:
README.mdandCLAUDE.mdfor the command tables, andtest/architecture/frozen-legacy.test.tsto register the new command inFROZEN_COMMANDS. Today those lines make the PR require a maintainer review even when the rest of the change is unowned topic code.This leaves the three files unowned, like
cli-commands.mdandpackage.jsonalready are. Ownership rules under.github/stay with maintainers.Suggested by Dan in the PR #49 thread.
