feat: segments create/update and asa segments commands

What

• adapty segments create|update — write Adapty segments through the Developer API with --filter field:OPERATOR:value[,value...]; get/create/update now carry filters, profile_count, refresh_in_progress and timestamps.
• adapty asa segments create|update|list — the Ads Manager "create segment" button as commands: resolves campaigns, ad groups or keywords from the ASA service, builds the attribution filter over their Apple ids and names the segment the way the dashboard does ([ASA] Campaign: <name>), so the dashboard recognises it. --keyword takes one --ad-group as the lookup scope; --app is required (the Adapty app the segment belongs to).

Why

Segments built from Apple Search Ads campaigns could only be created in the dashboard. The Developer API now accepts POST/PUT /apps/{app}/segments/; this is the CLI side.

Notes

• Requires the backend release that opens segment writes on the Developer API; until then the write commands answer 405.
