Shorten the upgrade guidance for embedded apps - #380

An embedded section needs no regression process of its own: an abap2UI5 upgrade is a transport like any other and gets the same QAS check as a SAPUI5 upgrade or a support package. Drop the test checklist, keep pinning a release and the renamed second installation as the way to freeze. A follow-up to #379.
An embedded section needs no regression process of its own. An abap2UI5 upgrade is a transport like any other, and it gets the same QAS check as a SAPUI5 upgrade or a support package, which also change every Fiori app on the system at once.
advanced/fiori.md→ "Upgrades": removes the test checklist (searching forz2ui5:Container, OPA5/wdi5, the framework's own browser tests). It keeps pinning a release and freezing with a renamed second installation behindendpoint.configuration/productive_usage.md: the pointer to that section now says the same thing in one sentence.check:line-length,check:vocabulary, the spelling test anddocs:buildpass locally.Generated by Claude Code
