I used the cwl run the pipeline and find the STAR (tried both 2.7.4a and 2.7.6a) could be compatible with the given example chr19.genome(550k) index and also the chr19.repeat index(550k). It is always prompting the error, the Genome 20201 is compatible with 2.7.4a , use the right version of STAR or regenerate the index.
To figure it out, if you could give me a new repeat index for the 550k sequence example in chr.19(hg19) thanks
