…d pages, correct the family description excel_visuals and latex were the last two tool showcases outside tool_notes/, and they now sit with the other seven under the same rule: a page of judgement plus the worked file. taguette_coding and visual_ethnography_descript are qualitative methods with real worked examples, so they stay where they are and gain the method page each lacked: the coding frame decided first, two transcripts double-coded, counting done carefully; and for recorded material, three separate consents, quotes checked against audio, clips cut with context visible. The family table said SignalStack was dead and PolicyStack was a live stack. Neither is right: the family is three stacks with openstacks.dev as the index, SignalStack is the Research Rundown companion beside them, and PolicyStack is superseded by PolicyDhara.
